Important Update: Changes to Double-Process Blonding/Color Service Pricing

Dear Clients,

I want to take a moment to share some important updates regarding my double-process blonding and color services, as well as the booking process moving forward.

Pricing Update

Effective April 1st, 2025, I will be adjusting the pricing for my double-process blonding/color services to an hourly rate of $140. This decision was not made lightly, but with the rising costs of supplies and the overall expenses of running my business, it has become necessary to ensure I can continue to provide you with the highest quality service. (Double-process blonding/color services are defined as any color service requiring at least a two-step process to achieve the desired end result such as highlights, bleach & tones, balayage, and fashion color services. This excludes single-process services such as color root retouches, all over colors, and glazes).

What This Means for You

The new hourly fee for double-process blonding/color services will be all-inclusive, meaning it covers any product and treatment usage necessary to achieve your desired look. It’s crucial to book your appointments accurately to avoid any confusion. When booking your double-process service, please ensure you also allocate time for any finishing services (like blow-dry styling or haircuts).

Appointment Timing and Grace Period

I still maintain a 15-minute grace period for all appointments, but please note that you will be charged based on your appointment start time, not your arrival time (ex: your appointment starts at 2pm and you arrive at 2:10pm, you will be charged starting from 2pm). I will be charging hourly, but broken down by 15 minutes. So if your appointment starts/ends within the quarter hour, you will be charged accordingly. This is to ensure that I can provide each client with the attention they deserve.

NOTE: It may be more challenging (initially) to book a double-process service than before. This is because I will no longer be double booking these services with another client! I have not yet adjusted each individual client’s timing yet, so if you do not see something available for the date/time you prefer PLEASE REACH OUT TO ME VIA TEXT! I will be able to manually adjust the timing for the appointment you’re trying to book.

A La Carte Services

For single-process colors such as root retouches and glazes, haircuts, blow-dry/styling services, makeup, and formal styling services, and keratin treatments, these will continue to be charged a la carte. For these chemical/color services, there will be a price increase of approximately 10% as well.
